Great company!! They did a great job with a leak that had developed in my basement. Aaron and his team were thorough and fast with the remediation work. Trent and his team followed up with quality work on restoration that was needed.

Joe and his amazing team worked incredibly hard on our bathroom remodel after we discovered water damage from an unknown leak. From the very beginning, Joe went above and beyond—he even helped communicate with our insurance agent, who was impressed with Joe’s experience and the way his bid was laid out. Throughout the entire process, Joe and his team kept us informed with updates, showed up when they said they would, returned calls and texts promptly, and kept the work area and walkways clean and organized. Had a water pipe break when we weren’t home. Within a couple of hours, Kelvin and company were there testing the carpet and walls. They had everything dried out in a couple of days and hauled off the damaged carpet. Thank you!

When we realized our basement was covered in water late on a Friday afternoon, we panicked. After getting the water turned off, a friend helped me find places to start calling. After being unable to reach several places, she came across a company called Anchor. I called, got hold of someone immediately, and they said they would be here in 25-35 minutes. They arrived almost immediately and took over. From cleaning up the water and drying everything out to removing all damaged materials and then restoring our basement better than ever, we could not have asked for any better care. Everyone we dealt with was super! We highly recommend this company.
